I have photographed the Hose family for many years now.   I have loved watching this family grow, not just in height but also in humans.  There is something very special about someone inviting you in to watch their family grow and trusting you with many years of Christmas card photos.  I love getting Christmas cards with photos of the families I work with, it’s the ultimate Christmas present.  Maybe I could start a senior pic Christmas card trend…anyone?

I meet the Hose family out by the Pumpkin Vine Trail, one of my favorite places in the fall.  Did anyone else notice how late fall came this year?  I was certain we might have pretty chilly weather when we shot but that wasn’t the case at all.  It was a perfect fall day.

The boys are old pros at the ‘just give me a handsome smile for momma’. Miss Macy, was not so thrilled about not having her momma right there with her but we snuck a smile out of her.  These kids, I just can’t believe how fast they’re growing.

Of course, we never leave without a mom and dad photo op.  Izzy is always in tow to attempt to tame the kids as we grab our shot.  The reality is….
