Hi, how are ya? I am SO EXCITED to announce, the MY Girl Street Team applications are open. This exclusive group of young women make my heart so happy and I would love to have you join us. So get excited and apply before this opportunity closes. You will not regret it. Applications are open to Juniors, 11th graders in northern Indiana.

*You must complete the application and attend a student/parent meeting to be eligible. You are not obligated by applying and attending a meeting. – Due to COVID19 and “stay at home” orders, meetings will not take place until the order has been lifted. I will reach out to those who have applied to schedule a 30 min student/parent meeting once that has happened. Stay healthy!*

So, what is the MY Girl Street Team?

The Street Team is an exclusive group of young women, 11th & 12th graders who participate in various group activities, community projects, and photoshoots while being an encouraging sister and support system to the women around her. These young women are compassionate, kind and always striving for the best version of themselves. They are mentors, friends and servants. They actively engage in their team and in their community. They aren’t perfect but they are absolutely lovely.

How much does it cost?  

Well it all depends on what you participate in. For example, some of the girls went on a destination shoot over the summer. Those trips cost money but you aren’t obligated to participate. We will go over all possible costs at the meeting.

Why do I have to attend a meeting with a parent?

Our Street Team does so much it would be impossible for me to give all the info over text or email and make it understandable. I have found that the required meeting helps both parent and student have a grasp on how the program works. I want everyone on the same page so that when you join, you can get the very most out of the experience. You are not obligated to join the team by attending a meeting.

I don’t get it, what do you do? 

Well it would be easier to tell you what we don’t do LOL. Everything will make a lot more sense once you have attended a meeting but for the time being, here is a peek into the program.
